The Proposal...
Kevin proposed during a trip to DC for the Cherry Blossom Festival. It was a perfect surprise! After a great dinner and a walk through a park near the Capital building, Kevin asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. And of course I said YES! :) This photo was taken by a kind passerby. It was just about 10PM by the time I settled down and I was determined to find someone to take our picture.
